Trip Pages

We travel almost every day, we go to work, go to the store or out to see friends, travel to other cities and countries, the list is endless. During these processes there are always moments that we would like to memorize, take a photo and write about it to remember in where and when it happened, and finally to quickly and easily share with friends in popular social networks like Facebook or Twitter, where the photo will be displayed with some comments. Do you support iCloud for backing up data? Are geotags saved in an image’s metadata? If both answers are yes, i’ll buy it…

Studeo410 said...

Dear Sir,
For the moment we do not support ICloud backup. For your second question the answer is yes: geotags are saved in images metadata.

Brian said...

It looks like when the pictures are moved over to Dropbox, the geo data is lost. Is that right? I’m trying to record a trip on my phone and the upload it to Google Earth.

Nearly a week ans no reply yet. Thanks, you couldn’t have shown your ‘support’ any better.

I am unable to get my Trip pages to toggle to “Imperial” in the settings. No matter what I do it continues to show the metric readings. Any ideas? I use an iPhone with 5.1.1

Hi John,I’m very happy that you are including God in your pecireptsve of life. It is a wonderful thing to be in alignment with what God has for our lives and to be able to do things with that understanding. It makes everything that we do worthwhile because we are doing things for the eternal and not just for the temporal.I’m glad you sat down and talked to your daughter. I’m sure it made a big difference for her and for you too.Blessings,Eren

Hi I am interested in this app, but can’t find anywhere to describe the difference between the paid version and free version. Please let me know, Thanks.

I like this app for recording places to photograph. But many times the camera Cancel button is greyed out so I have to force the app closed and start again. Also, it would be nice to have a way to set Metric or Imperial as the default system (we use Imperial, but the app always shows Metric – even if I switch to Imperial). Thank you.

I installed GPS Dragon yesterday. It looks like a nice app and I am looking forward to using it. I notice that it does not seem to show the altitude in feet correctly. It looks to me like the app calculates its altitude in meters and then converts to feet when that option is selected. The altitude is correct in meters but the app appears to be dividing the meters by the conversion factor (aprox. 3.28) instead of multiplying. It shows a lower number for feet than it does for meters when it should show a higher number.

Am I looking at something wrong?

Does this app save the whole trip? The route traveled?
